Hey Cousins, In 1880 Leonard left his land in Jasper County, Missouri to his wife Elizabeth (nee Smith) but we are unable to locate a land record to place it on a map. According to gg-uncle Ollie some time after they moved to Missouri in 1845 they bought the "old Kellogg place" across Spring River from Carthage. Does anyone know where this was? We found all kinds of LaForce relative's farms in the area but not Cagles. We are also unable to locate Leonard's grave. Was he buried on their farm? Help! Help! Thanks....
