Hi Gary, I believe I purchased the last copy of Mr. Burchinal's book a few years ago. He told me when I contacted him that the only reason he still had the one copy was due to a small imperfection which occurred in the printing and binding. Unless he has reprinted I believe they are out of print. If you wan't I can dig around and find an old address for him. Jimmy B. Cagle
