Willie, Looks like you have done a good job on your line. I am descended from Henry Cagle, Sr., 1760-1838, who may be a brother of Valentine. However, I would question John "Dutchman" being the father of Valentine. John leaves a will in Moore Co., NC in 1799 and does not mention a son named Valentine. Some have considered that Valentine may be a son of David Cagle, b. 1728, d. 1794-90. They both lived in the Cabarrus Co., NC. area. David died as shown above and Valentine moved on to Warren Co., TN ca 1812.
