Notes; Andrew Jackson, b 1864, of 1900 Cherokee Naion, avove, s/o John David & Martha Alice Taylor Cagle, was native of Warren County, tn, where heparensts had been married on Sept. 08, 1863. John David Cagle, 1842-1869, died as a young man and is buried in Hill Cemetery, Dist. #6, Warren County, TN. His widow and small children are found in 1870 Warren County, TN. census. John David , 1842-1869, wa son of David Cagle, ca. 1811-1880s who was in 1850 warren county, tennessee. David moved to clark county, Arkansas prior to the 1860 census, and remained there for the rest of his life. John David was with him in 1860 in Arkansas, but returened to Warren county, TN. in 1860s. David Cagle, c. 1811-1880s, wa the son of Charles Cagle, ca1780-1843 an early settler of Warren county, TN, who appeared with his father, old Jacob Cagle 1755-1845, in old records of Warren county, TN, such as the 1812 Tac list and 1820 Census. Jacov Cagle a revolutinary War Veteran, grew up in what is now MooreCo. NC then migated to Mecklenburg and Buncombe Cos., and finally settled in Warren Co. TN about 1812, Jacob was the son of Johan Theobold "David " Cagle, David being the son of Leonhart Kagell. (We are the same line until we get to Charles Cagle s/o Jacob Cagle 1755, and Susannah Cagle (1st cousins) (her father was George Cagle and Rebecca Cagle. (you have to follow both Jacob and George's lines) I'm from Henry E. Cagle s/o Charles and Susannah Cagle.
