Hi List. I think the ROLL CALL is an exellent idea. If we ever get past our famous Pleas William Cagle, we might be able to widen our tree. The poor man never died according to Missouri, Tennessee, Arkansas and Illinois; states that he could've been.................. We have requested searches in all these states for a death certificate..........no luck. We know he is buried in Missouri, we know who buried him and every so often, living relatives tell us of him being called Pleas Chapman Cagle, even though there has been no proof of this either. His fathers name was.................Pleas Cagle. The only Pleas ever mentioned was in Tennessee's census (as Earl has mentioned) as a child of the age of 8 years.
