Gary, Mom's note said 1780 but since they didn't arrive in Missouri until 1845 I figured she had to have written it down wrong. Now I'll have to contact her and find out what the heck she did mean. Yeah, we noticed there was a lot of confusion about all the Leonards and were happy to get our end straight. By the way, in your genealogy research have you noticed what name is usually assigned "Molly" as a nickname? We've seen "Polly" for Mary and "Sally" for Sarah....
