Now the next question is who were Elijah Cagle's, father & mother? One problem of note is the 1850 census shows him at 28, and 1860 shows him 48. I would say this may be a typo, and his 1850 age, was abt. 38 yrs old. The only early Elijah Cagle, I am aware of appeared in the 1840 Sevier Co; Tn; census. Earl
