Hi: Here is an update on James N. Cagle: James N. Cagle was born in Tennessee. His dad was Jacob Cagle. His mother was Minervia (Curry) Cagle. James N. Cagle married Nancy Jane Wade on Feb. 24, 1857 by A. Moore at the home of Mrs. Wade. The witnesses were Thomas F. Fields & Richard F. Wade. The marriage bond was from Green County, Kentucky. ( This information came from the Green County Clerk's Office.) James N. Cagle and Nancy Jane Wade had a son, Thomas W. Cagle. He was born in 1867 in Larue County, Kentucky. James N. Cagle was born on July 27, 1827. James N. Cagle died on Feb. 5, 1882. He is buried in Red Hill Cemetery Lot # 97 ( original platt sec.
