Exception taken. This is also my line with the exception of David Cagle (No. 2). Leonhart was the father of Henry who married Caterina Seitz, parents of Peter. Hi to all my Cagle cousins: My husband had Colon Cancer surgery 29 March he was in the hospital for 10 day they let him come home and was home until Easter morning I had to call 911 and Fire department to my home. He was rushed to the hospital and was in ICU for three days, He had SEPTIC Infection and it shut his whole body down, 4 pints of blood and every thing under the sun attached to him. He is out of ICU and on the 6th floor his legs are swollen with blood clots. His body is now fighting for him and the Antibiotics are helping He will be on blood thinners for a long time. So just wonted to let all of you know why I have not responded to much. My ancestors are old Leonhart, old Henry Sr., and his son William Cagle Sr & Mary Barrett. Brandon, I am not writing a book, but I have been working on this for some years and have a pretty good start. I do not intend to write a book, but I do intend to post it to rootsweb for all to see and use. I am about to repost my updates which will bring it to over 53,000 entries. It is a giant undertaking which I thought would be easy since CAGLE is not a common name. I would like to see someone start work on the KEGELs of Germany and attempt to connect Leonhart Kegel to his tree which I am inclined to think may be in or near the Swiss Alps.
