For the past few weeks I have been unable to access the Bureau of Land Management web site. I used to search for homesteads, etc. at http://www.blm.gov . Does anyone have a printout that shows the following name? DENNIS, Leroy, federal land patent, Fresno County, 15 Dec 1873. The legal description should be approximately Sec. 25, T6S, R20E. After 1893 the area became Madera County. This information came from a microfilm of the index to patents in the Fresno County Recorder's Office, and should be in Book I, p.55. Book I ends in July 1873 and Book J goes to Dec 1873. I have been unable to locate the correct page. Thank you. Zelda Dubel, Fresno, CA.
