Hi everyone, I have a question. I recently sent off to Fresno County for 2 birth certificates, 3 death and 2 marriage licenses, all prepaid of course. I received all but one birth certificate and they kept my money for it!! My question is, is this standard, should I write them again? Or should I just write it off ? $16 to me is not chump change and it was money I saved quite awhile to be able to buy these so you can understand my disappointment. :( Tiffany
