Iowa Ave., a Fresno resident for 66 years, will be held Monday at 10 a.m. in the Lisle Calaveras Chapel. Mrs. Smallin died yesterday in a local hospital. She was a native of Kansas. Surviving are her two sons, Carl A. and Alvie R. Wilkins of Fresno; a daughter, Mrs Genevieve Rider of Fresno; a sister, Mrs. G. Margaret Miller [Georgie Emma Opal Miller] of San Joaquin; six grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Inurment will be in the Chapel of Light. Mary Ann Henderson Wilkins Smallin was born in Osage County, Kansas to William Paris Henderson and Mary Ann Johnson. She was one of 8 children, 4 by Mary Ann and 4 by Mary Alice Potts, second wife of Paris Henderson. 6 lived to maturity, 5 moved to California in 1905 with Paris and his third wife, Laura Reace Henderson.
