I have been unable to find Henry, Alice and Jennie L on any other census, of course Jennie L may have married. Edward B turns up on the 1920 & 1930 census, details as below: 1920 - Fresno, California: Edward B with wife Alice H and son Donald E age 11 1930 - Bakersfield, Kern, California: Edward B with is wife Alice (nee HALL)? with their son Donald E age 21 I also Know that Henry BUDGE senior, was in Fresno in 1885 as the first Pastor of the first Presbyterian Church of Fresno.
