Belen's parents: Guadalupe Garcilazo Arroyo from Michoacan Mx (1902-1948-buried in Fresno CA) and Maria Luisa Montecino Lopez from Guanajuato Mx (1910-1994-buried in Chicago IL). My understanding is that Belen had a daughter named Maria Elena Garcilazo born between 1943-1945? Her last whereabouts is in California (possibly in the Kern, Frenso or San Bernardino areas) Appreciate any help I can get. My father, Jose Pedro Garcilazo Montecino was her brother.
