My husband was born when his parents lived at 3108 Luzon Ave. I don't have an apartment number. He was born in August 1949. His father was a WWII vet and worked at the control tower at the airport. His parent's names were Opal Meredith and Bill Haddon. We would love to see any photos or news clipping you have regarding the area. Thanks!
