Hello, On Sep 24 I sent a message to the list regarding this person, but I called him Joseph J. ALCORN instead of James J. ("Joe") ALCORN. He died 17 Aug 1964 in Fresno County. Does the Fresno County office let you view and transcribe death certificates? From my understanding some of the California counties have this service.
