About 3 years ago I read in a Bobo Family Assn. newsletter that a "Susan" was looking for information on her grandparents Elmer Clyde and Emma Bobo. I knew that this was Uncle Clyde and have been trying unsuccessfully to reach her ever since. That is why I put this message on Rootsweb. My father is still living and remembers Clyde and Emma well. I thought he could tell Susan about her grandparents. He has pictures of them at his house. Sheila

Hello List, We great Thanks to all the kind listers who helped me last year to find my Henry BUDGE in 1880 census, plus to find his son Edward B Budge in the 1920 & 1930 (all Fresno census) I am now looking to find the details of the marriages of Henry & Edward Henry BUDGE married Alice SKAGGS - possibly 1876 -1877 Edward B BUDGE married Alice HALL - possibly 1907- 1909 I have not been able to find Henry, Alice or their daughter Jennie L in any other census then the 1880. His father's last name was Miller (actually it was Eichmiller but Fred changed his name when he moved to California). My "main" question (but all info would be appreciated) is this: what was Fred's wife's (Jessie) maiden name?
I can check for an obituary, but it may not give you what you want. Normally they do not give the maiden name of the wife in an obituary. Let me know. Hi! I never even thought of that...yes, it would be great to see if anything is listed about his parents. We're pretty sure he died of TB and had been cared for by his mother, Maria Castro. Another of her sons, Elario Castro died 28 Apr 1912, also of TB, also in Firebaugh, or that area. Both of these sons are listed in the 1910 Census but we have no idea who Pete's father was. Maybe an obit would tell us...possibly his death cert would have it. Can those still be ordered through Fresno County? In the past they were always THE very best and fastest to process orders. Thanks so much for the offer. Sheila :) On Mon, 20 Sep 2004 21:53:42 -0700 "Sandra" <sandrah@ix.netcom.com> writes: do you want me to check for possible obit?
