I went to El Dorado County yesterday to do some look-ups. They know me well there so they share news with me. I was appalled to find out that sometime since I was there a couple of weeks ago some person (and I use that word loosely) walked off with all of the county burial records that were on fiche. I am so angry with who ever did this heartless crime. This county shares all records, books and anything they have with anyone, there was no reason for this at all. Keep your ears open for anything that may solve this crime. I can still look up burial records in a large binder, but it is not as complete as the fiche, it usually only gives who, when and where.
