I belive that this is her last name. She was married and took her husbands last name of Lacy. I saw in the obits. a Hazel Calkins for this County, in Placerville. She lived to be 101. If this was my great grandma I just missed her she died on 1-11-01. She had at least one son named David Alva Lacy ( My grandpa) and possibly was the mother of my grandpas sister Clara.
