To add a little more info I have come up with on this Cady family, it appears that Ebenezer and Prudence (Palmer) Cady may have had a doughtier named Lydia. At the same time that Elizabeth announced her intentions to marry Timothy Puffer, Lydia Cady announced her intentions to marry Josiah Sabin on 11-25-1779. I am not sure if they too married in Shaftbury Vt. But according to Rev War records, they did marry. Also the Cady book states that Prudence Palmer married Asa Waterman, Jr. This has been proven to be incorrect and Rev War records show that Prudence married Daniel Lovejoy. This makes more sense as David Cady, s/o Ebenezer and Prudence named one of his children, Daniel Lovejoy Cady, as well as a daughter Prudence and a daughter Elizabeth. I have also found on a couple of occasions where Prudence (Palmer) Cady was called "Francis". If anyone else has come across any this info.....please.....let me know. Many Thanks....June
