Is there anyone out there that knows these Cady's or can connect to them? March 3rd 1933 Penn Yan Democrat L.E. Smith of New York City was killed instantly and Emmett Cady also of NYC driver ,died a few hours later in Sheperd Hosp.[ now Schuyler Co. Hosp.] Montour Falls,NY, following a car accident in which their car left the highway at the entrance to the village of Watkins Glen, NY late Tuesday night and ran in to a telephone pole and toppled it over on the car.Dr. Maurice Cady of NYC, the third passenger in the car recieved minor injuries. Dr Cady and his brother Emmett were former residents of Dundee,NY where their father conducted the Cady Hotel. They spent their boyhood and early youth in that village and have many aquaintances in this vicinity.
