To all Cady Family researchers, Is there a particular Cady on your Wish List? Would you let us know? I am still plugging away on Augustus Cady of Connecticut c 1800. I have made the tiniest bit of progress. Quite awhile ago a list member sent me the name of an Augustus Cady in Killingly, CT born 1793, listed in the Nicholas Cady book with no further information. Although he would have been in his 40's when my 2-great Sarah Cady was born in March 1836, this is the first real possiblity I have come across. Sarah's mother was Helen Lyon Cady. I have recently found a Helen Cady listed in the 1850 census in Killingly. (Now to go check the film in January!) Very slim, I know, but it is the first time I have found an Augustus and a Helen Cady living in the same area in the right time frame. The happiest of holidays to all, Suzanne Cady List Mom
