I am looking for information about Walter L. HOWE and his wife who was Catherine Florence DEVIN. The CADI lists one Walter L. HOWE who died in Contra Costa County 2 June 1923 and one Florence HOWE who died there 11 Dec 1933. Are these the people I am searching for? Their daughter, Jessie Elizabeth HOWE CLARK died in Contra Costa Co in 1987. Any help will be appreciated; thanks. Karen Venable kvenable@pe.net
