Hi, I'm looking for a Charles A Marshall, married to Phyllis, who was living in Richmond in the late 1940's and early 1950's (according to the City Directories.) Then in the mid 1950's, he moved to San Pablo. But he "disappeared" from the phone books in 1960. He may have been an employee of the Post Office. I haven't found anything on the CADI or SSDI that fits what we know about him (b 1926 in Missouri) Does this family sound familiar to anyone? I'm trying to help a friend's Dad find an old school buddy, so any help or ideas would be appreciated.
