Their mother was Lucille Higgins. I saw them once each. The last time around 1957 or 1959. I believe they were born in near Pittsburg, Contra Costa Co. as I was. I am doing family history and would like to share what I have learned about their father with them and learn information from them as well. There is a possibility that one of them married a Rossini. Any information would be appreciated.
