He was born in Custer County(?), Nebraska, 6/10/1897, to Charles L. and Clara Shaw Owen. He died 11/26/1954 in Contra Costa County, CA. I don't know which city. Charles Owen was the oldest brother of my grandfather. Herbert had a brother named Aaron and sisters named Elva, Nellie, Mary, Elaine, and Vera. We have lost track of this part of our family. Can anyone help?
