I'm afraid it's the other way around. I'm looking at a postcard sent to me by the State telling me they have received the request I sent a month ago and that I have to wait another couple of months for them to process my request. The County's quicker. (but nothing's cheap here in CA- plan on spending close to $15.00 before you see your document. - I was amazed that Barry Co.
