Surnames: O"Brien Conway Lyons Booth Daly Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/2V.2ADI/182 Message Board Post: I am seeking information on the descendants of John Conway (born Dec 25 1829 / 30 in Ireland to John Conway and Catherine Lyons) and Hanora O'Brien (born August 1939 in Ft Covington, NY to Daniel O'Brien and Mary Daly) who immigrated to Danville, Contra Costa Co., California in the late 1850s where John Conway opened a merchantile store. John and Nora had two children who survived to adulthood - John R Conway b. in Aug of 1868 in Danville, Contra Costa Co., CA, died Sept 22 1943 in Alameda Co. and Mary Teresa Conway born Dec 25 1870 also in Danville, died May 25, 1952 in Alameda Co., CA. I don't know if either John or Mary had any children, and haven't tracked down thier obits or death certs yet, but I am hoping to find descendants of this family as we are doubly related. John Conway's Brother Patrick married Hanora O'Brien's sister Fanny and voila...! Any information on this family would be appreciated! Thanks Colleen
