Also checked 4 Oct 1962 to 11 Oct 1962 the Contra Costa Gazette, with no luck for Marvin Wilson Frazier. Do you know what part of the county they were living in. Contra Costa County is a very large county and there are different city papers I could check for you, if you know the city they were living in. Sorry I could not help with more information for you.
