Vine died Friday, Aug. 23, 2002 in the Woodland Memorial Hospital at age 51. Mrs. Vine was born May, 1, 1951 in Martinez to the late Fabian and Garnett Flores. Mrs. Vine was a resident of Yolo County for the last four years. She was a certified nurses assistant at the Woodland Skilled Nursing Facility for five years. She was loved by all and she will be greatly missed. Mrs. Vine is survived by her husband of 34 years Benjamin E. Vine of Oregon. Son, Earle E. Vine of Boise, Idaho. Daughters, Catherine M. Vine of Pinole and Peggy Ann Vine of Yolo. Also surviving her are nine grandchildren. Other survivors include five brothers, Joseph, William (Bill), John, Jack Jr., and Glen Flores. Sisters, Ruth Roddy, Linda Flores and Mary Flores and 13 nieces and nephews. A private family service was held. Condolences may be sent to 1707 Canyon Drive, Pinole, 94564.
