WELCH and ? REYNOLDS. Sarah and her first husband ? Reynolds left Grainger Co., TN and moved Indiana. Soon after they arrived Charles William was born and his father died. Sarahs parents came to Indiana and escorted he back home to east TN. She married a second time to JOHN MARTIN BULLIS. The fourth child they had was JAMES WESLEY BULLIS born 27 May 1884 Grainger Co., TN. Charles William Reynolds and James Wesley Bullisleft TN moving to California. Charles William Reynolds died 10 Apr 1954 in Contra Costa, California and James Wesley Bullis died 8 June 1962 in Sonoma, California.
