CA site, do you know anythng more about Mary LENT who married 2nd to Joseph KENNER? I tried to find something more about her in LA (Louisiana; she stated she was born there per the census), and I also found a reference to her in an IGI submission to the FCH. I could not find her LENT family in Louisiana. I am searching for info on the parents of two brothers, Hiram Jennings and Frank LENT, who were 49ers born in NY and first show up in NV and eastern CA ca 1850s. Hiram LENT married 1st to Elizabeth TERRILL, who had been born in Calaveras Co. ca 1855. Her parents were said to have been in said county at that time, but I have not found them in the census of 1850 or 1860. They do show in Los Angeles Co. 1870 and 1880, then in Merced Co. CA after that. Her parents were Richard and Elizabeth ROBINSON TERRILL. I am hoping that perhaps Hirams LENT family had been in Calaveras co. at some time and met the TERRILLS there.
