Dear Cable Cousins, Our first maternal line was a Cable so we have none named this but we recognize the Cable name as kin. We notice that a Charles Cable came with her and assume it was her father. +Jehue Burre Sr. b 1596 England m England migrated to MA Bay Co area in September, 1630 with John Winthrop Fleet. He was a carpenter who built towns and held many other public offices, one being the tax collector. He owned the land where Hartford, MA is now and settled many places. They were Puritans who held offices in the church. He had land business back in England and returned many times and our records show he died there.
