I think we should start by saying where or Cable relatives are from. We may have to repeat this if we get a lot of new members. My father-in-law, b. 1901 in Johnstown, PA, was Bert (Cable) Miller. His father was Charles Cable and Minnie Dick. Charles Cable parents were John Cable and Maria Callihan John Cable was one of the 17 children of Abraham Cable, Jr. and Eliza Reese. Abraham Cable, Jr was the son of Abraham Cable, Sr and Susanna Stahl Abraham Cable, Sr was the son of Benjamin Cable and Mary (Capt - ?) Benjamin Cable was the son of Philip Cable and Maria Brady. I believe they settled in Somerset Co, PA @ 1732. To the best of my knowledge, that is how our family goes. Rosemary Miller Johnstown, PA
