(This article is mainly for Bill Baccus, but Win hang on till you get to end where guest list is). November 1, 1901 Amador Dispatch A Pretty Home Wedding One of the prettiest home weddings ever witnessed in Amador county took place at the home of Mrs. E.J. Culbert, at Amador City, last Saturday morning, at eleven o'clock, when Miss Elizabeth J. Culbert and Mr. Charles E. Bunker were made husband and wife by the Rev. William Tuson. The bride is one of Amador county's most charming young ladies, having lived at Amador City all her life, and has a host of friends who wish her great joy and happiness in her new life. Mr. Bunker is a young man connected with the Keystone Mining Company at Amador City, and his popularity is vouched for by the reception tendered him on Tuesday evening by a large number of friends. After the ceremony and congratulations, all were invited into the handsomely decorated dining-room, where an elaborage wedding breakfast was discussed. (That's the word used, does that mean they talked about breakfast but never ate it?). At one o'clock the newly married couple took their departure, amid a shower of rice and good wishes, for Ione to catch the afternoon train for San Francisco and other southern parts of the State. Besides the members of the family of the bride, those present were Mr. & Mrs. Bunker, senior, and Miss F. McMurtie of San Joaquin county, Miss Daisy Fox, W.A. Prichard, John A. Phipps, Mr. Meikeljohn, John A. Phipps jr, Mr. & Mrs. M.B. Church, G.C. Davis of Amador City, W.Dolan of Livermore, Rev. William Tuson, B. R. Breese and Robert C. Bole of Jackson.
