There were several Longinotti/Longinetti in the 1860 Amador census, apparently siblings, per papers in the probate file of Augustino Longinotti in 1861 (brothers Giuseppi and Dominico, sister Augustina). Our Giustos have two links to Longinotti --- the second wife of Gregorio Giusto, father of early Amador pioneers Clara Giusto Caminetti Campi and Maria Battistina Giusto Caminetti, was Apolonia Longinotti, whom he married in Boston about 1850. There is also a strong possibility that Augustina Longinotti was Mrs. Aogostina Mariannia, the second wife of John Giusto of Amador Co. Is anyone researching the Longinotti family?
