For those on the list who don't know. Theresa's brother John Ratto b. Feb. 9, 1884 Jackson, Calif. d. July 29, 1964, Jackson, Calif. who was the son of Michael Ratto owned the Jackson and Sutter Creek Theaters definitely from 1927 until between 1960 and 1962 when he sold the Jackson Theater to I think Martin was the last name. The Jackson Theater was really lovely inside and the prices were very inexpensive, but probably a lot of old movies were shown. The prices went up considerably after it was sold and not a many people went to the movies. The Theater was sold to the Bank of America and became a parking lot. Whether John owned the Theaters before 1927 you will have to figure out. Carol in Reno
