Don't know if these are in the Amador marriage book. I found them recorded in the court docket of Calvin Cain at the Bancroft Library, UC Berkeley campus, this summer. The Bancroft index called the book Amador Co, records (as I recall). Transcription below contains the full text of the entries. The handwriting was scrawled, so some of the names are open to interpretation. p. 122 5 May 1855 marriage of John Ungerwedder to E. A. Beran (?) 16 April 1855 Chow Wan Pat to Lucy Ho 24 June 1855 Benjamin T. Gillum to Miss Drusilla Brown 4 Sept 1856 George Myes to Ava Weast A good part of this book was a series of proceedings about a stray cow claimed by the finder, to which the person who claimed to the rightful owner took strong exception.
