Hi George, The next time you have a chance to look, can you tell me if Walnut Creek directories are available to you from 1940-1955? Looking for an Edmund C. Parker, wife Virginia. Left Walnut Creek in 1954 for Paradise CA. I know he was in Japan in 1939 so I'm assuming he came home as soon as they went to war but I don't know that for sure. His obit stated he had been in Paradise 20 years.
