    3. You were kind enough to say that I could put this up on the Alameda County GenWeb page and I filed it off to do so. Now, as I read it over I realize I need the name of the paper and the date. You probably had that info on another post, but unfortunately I had a Eudora crash and lost a lot of posts in my Alameda mail box. (there will be LOTS of unhappy inquirers to be sure). --Laurel At 9:25 PM -0700 6/3/99, LolaGF@aol.com wrote: >ELECT NEOPHYTES TO THE SORORITY >Theta Epsilon Omega of High School Holds Closing Banquet. > >The Theta Epsilon Omega Sorority, composed of a number of the most prominent >maids of the Berkeley High School, held its final gathering at the home of >Miss Marian HOYLE in North Berkeley, at which an initiation of the neophytes >elected to the high school sorority took place. > >The neophytes to the Theta Epsilon Omega, which is the most popular of the >high school organizations, were Miss Edith SMITH and Miss Rose KIRK. > >Following the initiation ceremonies the party adjourned to the home of the >Misses FRANCES and Irene MONSON, on Summit Avenue, in the Scenic Park >district, north of the University grounds, where the closing banquet of the >year was held.
