    3. Found in CADI Russell L. Bishop, 280-16-6985, Alameda, 10/22/1967, 127872 Agnes M. Bishop, 281-01-1895, Alameda, 7/18/1972, 84597 The location of death listed above is the COUNTY of death. To determine the CITY of death you will need to order the death certificate. The number following the date of each listing is the state reference number for ordering the death certificate from the state.
