I am trying to uncover information on my Mother's adoption. I need to know the address that her adoptive parents were living at for the years: 1912 thru 1916 Adoptive parents: David Brown Ralph Ella Bertha Ralph (maiden name: Weatherby) I am not sure what city they were living in at the time, but at one time they lived in Berkeley/Oakland area.
