I have, for the rest of December, a copy of the Alameda County Great Register of 1890.This lists Surname, Given name, age, birthplace, residence, registration date and whether naturalized ONLY, there is no other data. For any other information you would have to look at the actual application books, which I believe are in the archives of California State University at Hayward. I will be happy to do lookups, but to keep my sanity, there have to be some rules. 1) The information covers Alameda county for 1890 ONLY. 2) I will look up three names per request. 3) I will only do lookups for list members, so please request through the list. I will reply through the list. (This is because once my lookup offer got cross-posted and I was getting requests night and day from all over the world!) 4) I will try to respond to requests right away, but I do have another life, so please be patient.
