Sharp >axsc@pge.com ******************************************************************* With so many documents being photocopied or faxed, not sure it's a good idea to use red ink since red maynot copy as well as a good solid black depending on the machine used. To give you an idea of what I'm talking about, federal payroll forms, 941, W-2, etc. have the original copy, to be sent to IRS, in red ink with taxpayer input in black. This is so that the form can be scanned into the computers. When we try to photocopy them the form just about vanishes. They have printed the form in a color that their scanners are unable to "see". What you want is something dark on the original that will copy dark also. Lawrence E.
