We have no names. She was born August 26, 1971 in Livermore, Alameda County, CA. The birth cert. was ammended Sept. 18, 1972. The Doctor's name was Dr. Edward B. Clark, MD in Livermore. James C. Malcom, MD signed the original birth cert. on Aug. 31, 1971. She was adopted as Lisa Molinari. She doesn't know her birth name. Can anyone help with this? Sorry, I don't have any further info.
