In 1875 he was the sponsor for my gruncle Broder Nahnsen in Clinton Iowa. His sister Brigetta Nahnsen died in Greene County Iowa in 1885 after having 9 children for my grgrandfather Claus Nahnsen. He also had other brothers, August, Lorenz and N. Herman Namanny. He was on the 1910 census but not on the 1920 census. Any help would be appreciated.
