I did find birth records for Guam at Vital Statistics. You must have the birth name,date,parents, etc for them to find the right one.(got my g-parents marriage license from them,they married in 1919 on Guam) The Guam phone book is also on line. If you or the children are interested in finding her you can also try the news paper.
