Hay; dearly beloved brother of Dorothea Osborne of San Leandro and William Hay of Alameda. A native of Alameda; aged 60 years. A member of Independent Order of Foresters, Treasurer, Director and pas Pres of Silver Pines Golf and Country Club of Newark, very active in Little League Baseball.
