Author: PamGosl Surnames: Classification: queries Message Board URL: http://boards.rootsweb.com/localities.northam.usa.states.california.counties.alameda/3492.2.1/mb.ashx Message Board Post: Additional FYI for those seeking to search out their holdings: the search tool is very tricky to use; you cannot search by film numbers and apparently not call numbers either even though it has a button for it, per information from the webmaster; but she is very helpful with instructions and willing to meet you in person to figure out how to use it; she suggested copy/paste from the titles from the main library catalog site for the search function as topics/keywords one might try don't necessarily match the title. She did also mention that they no longer keep loaner films as before unless they get ordered more than once so if one is looking for a film for an individual church, e.g. Germany, there's not a big chance that it's there. . .
