    3. I was looking at a box of files of a Mrs. Hester (Lambert) HARLAND, of Berkeley, who was the manager of the Associated Council Berkeley Suffrage, at the Bancroft Library. One of the letters that she had received was from the California Equal Suffrage Association. They listed the officers, which are as follows: President: Mrs. Elizabeth Lowe Watson, Saratoga. Vice Presidents: Miss Fanny Wills, 501 Buena Vista St., Los Angeles Mrs. Mary McHenry Keith, 2207 Atherton St., Berkeley (note her husband was William Keith, the landscape painter) Mrs. E. V. Borland) Treasure; Mrs. Mary T. Damage, 3010 Pierce St., San Francisco. Auditors: Mrs. C. D.
